1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting Middle Feast Restaurant, making a reservation, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

  • Reservations are subject to table availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and public holidays.
  • Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time. We reserve the right to release your table if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.
  • For group bookings of 8 or more guests, please contact us directly by phone or email to make special arrangements.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations that do not comply with our policies.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the table to other guests. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

4. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

We take food allergies seriously. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking and again upon arrival. While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and seafood, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Middle Feast Restaurant accepts no liability for allergic reactions where information has not been disclosed.

5. Menu & Pricing

  • Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw any menu item due to seasonal availability or supply constraints.
  • Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Conduct on Premises

We aim to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. Behaviour that is disruptive, offensive, or threatening to our guests or staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any individual to leave the premises if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, without obligation for a refund.

7. Children & Family Guests

Middle Feast is a family-friendly restaurant. Children are welcome and must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times. We are not liable for any injury or incident involving unsupervised children on our premises.

8. Liability

Middle Feast Restaurant shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on our premises. Guests bring their property at their own risk. Our liability for any claim arising from your visit is limited to the value of the meal or service purchased.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Middle Feast Restaurant and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Photography & Social Media

Guests are welcome to photograph their food and dining experience for personal use and social media sharing. Please tag us @middlefeastrestaurant. Photography that invades the privacy of other guests is not permitted. Professional photography or filming requires prior written approval from management.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
